Precautions and instructions for use of solvent recovery machine

Today, I'd like to introduce the precautions and instructions for the use place of solvent recovery equipment.

Precautions for use environment of solvent recovery machine:

1. The working place of solvent recovery machine must have good ventilation conditions;

2. Prohibit all fireworks in the workplace of solvent recovery machine;

3. The temperature of solvent recovery machine workplace shall be 0-36 ℃;

4. There shall be no large vibration near the working place of solvent recovery machine.

Instructions for solvent recovery machine:

Step 1: add the waste to be recycled;

Step 2: wipe the edge of the recycling bucket mouth wall and the surface of the machine body with a rag;

Step 3: close the end and loosen the hot kerosene vent valve;

Step 4: place a clean recycling bucket at the solvent outlet of the recycling machine, so as to contain the recovered clean solvent;

Step 5: turn on the working switch of the reclaimer to make the equipment work;

Step 6: clean up the residue in the recovery bucket after solvent recovery;

Step 7: clean the surface of equipment;

Step 8: collect the recovered solvent.
